Recovery Information
Recovery Notes:
On June 16th, victim reported that he had recovered his bike on 6/12/14 after four months.
"I had been trolling CL, looking for my bike every few days. On Tuesday I came across my bike, sans pedals and wheels. I contacted the seller, who unfortunately purchased it from the thief. The seller, a very nice guy named Luis, agreed to meet up and give me the bike back. I thanked him and brought him a case of beer. Luis told me the guy he purchased it from was a short bald middle-eastern man in his late 40's. This fits the bill for the taxi driver that brought my back door neighbors luggage to her door, whom I initially suspected. Luis purchased the bike in early April and didn't have the cabbies number in his phone anymore."
