No rust. The left (front) gear on the handle bar is cracked, and the 3rd front gear tends to jump out of gear. The seat has suspension. The bike has a rack on the back, with a reflector and a cheap back light (connected with rubber strap). It had a black bike bag with my dark blue rainsuit in it. A front reflector is mounted on the frame. The (dark grey) front light can be taken off, it was pointed to the right. I also had a compass - bell on the handlebar. My Dell helmet was locked with the cable lock. There is a bottle holder on the frame. Madison WI bicycle registration decal on the frame under the seat, # FZ4131

Incident Description:
At around 10:15 am I went to Tony's Finer Foods on the corner of W Fullerton Ave and N Central Park Ave. I locked the bike with one cable lock through the seat, the rack, the bike frame and the back wheel. I used another cable lock to lock the front wheel to the frame.
When I came back at around 10:45 am everything was gone.
