Incident Description:
Schwinn Women's Hybrid was locked by a black U-lock to a wooden fence in front of 651 North Paulina Street starting at 6:30 p.m. on 5/19. Discovered that bike was stolen at 8 am on 5/20, so it was stolen sometime during the night. Suspecting neighbors across the street as they witnessed me locking the bike up during the evening on 5/19.
