I locked my bike in Front of 814 W. 15th Pl, Chicago 60608 around 6:30 PM on 5/20. I had dinner with my girlfriend and then went to see a move, we got home around 10:15 PM, it was storming out and pouring rain. I grabbed my bike seat from my bicycle.
