Incident Description: 
At exactly 4:31pm on June 3rd, a medium height, skinny, African-American man with orange-red hair, glasses, a jacket with a large white star on each sleeve, and baggy camo-like shorts took the bike from the bike rack near the west door of the CBOT. The bike was unintentionally locked only to itself, and the lock was not taken. The man rode east east along Jackson before clearing the area of the building. This is all verified by security footage from the Chicago Board of Trade.
