I just had all the components replaced (new Shimano Alivio M430-SGS 9-Speed, cassette SRAM 950 11-28T). The tires are in rough shape and have been patched a few times, but otherwised, the bike is in great shape. Unless they have been removed, there is a disconnected computer on the front and back light on the seat. The bike is also missing a reflector on the front wheel as it recently broke off.

I locked the bike and went inside to work. A couple hours later, I came out and the coil lock was cut through and still wrapped around the bike rack on Diversey, right in front of the stores.
