BIKE WAS PARKED AND LOCKED TO LIGHT POLE AT BELMONT HARBOR. POLE IS LOCATED ON GRASS ISLAND DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM "J DOCK" GATE ENTRANCE. BIKE WAS STOLEN DURING THE CHICAGO AIR AND WATER SHOW.
