Incident Description:
I had a U-lock with a cable roped through the front and back tire. I must have locked the U-lock and the cable to the bike rack, but did not lock the actual bike frame to the rack. I left my bike approx. 6:45 am, and after return from work at 5:30p.m the bike was stolen.
