Incident Description: 
it appears that one part of the bike rack was unbolted from the frame and potentially slid off the frame. however, there were multiple other bikes on the same rack. other than that, not really sure how it may have been stolen. there were no remnants of the lock anywhere on the ground, and it was a OnGuard 8000 Brute LS quattro bolt u-lock. not sure of the exact date, but it was originally locked up on August 7th, and was discovered missing on August 18th.
