Bike was locked to the bike rack across from East Bank Club (east side of Kingsbury Street) at approx 1:45 PM. The bike was discovered missing at approximately 4:45 PM. Security cameras from the East Bank Club were able to capture images of the bike being stolen. The bike was stolen at approximately 2:20 PM.
