Bicycle was removed from a shared garage in a condo building. Bicycle is a new black BIRIA with black BOBIKE baby seat mounted to the front. The bike was locked to other 2 bikes using 2 locks (U Lock + heavy duty steel cable). The three bikes and two locks were stolen together. Photo shown is not of actual bike.
