The bicycle is white with blue lettering and design and it has a large black fender on the back tire and one on the front tire. It has a speedometer magnet on the front tire. There is a small black Bell bag attached under the seat. I also have a black flattish LED light attached to the pole under the handlebars. It has a removable Bell gel seat. There is black electrical tape on the inner end of the handlebar silver tape. And then there is the silver metal water bottle holder on the bottom frame. The bicycle is in good condition. No rust. No dents.

Incident Description:
The bike was secured with a cable, link chain and a padlock. It was attached to the fence in the playground at my work, which is an elementary school. Upon dismissal of the students I noticed that the bike was not where I had left it and then noticed the cable on the ground and it had been cut. The rest of the lock and link chain were not there.
