Incident Description:
The bike was locked through the front wheel and the frame ... per my son. Apparently it was locked only through the wheel because he found the wheel locked with rest of the bike gone.
This was on Fullerton and Halsted and I am curious if there are any cctv or similar surveillance equipment installed in the area.
I do not have a picture - only the wheel and paperwork somewhere - we just moved in last weekend.
