Has a "Roosevelt Collection" permit sticker on frame under seat across from the bottle cage.

Incident Description:
Happened at Navy Pier in the park area across from pier (ie out front, "Gateway Park" per Google Maps) in between the circle road (inside N Streeter Drive). Locked two bikes up through front wheel and frame to in ground bike rack with combo cable, and another combo cable to back wheels/frame to each other. Was left at noon, saw both bikes there around 1:40pm when walking by. Returned at 5:40pm and my bike was gone with combo lock in rear of bikes (ie the bike being reported here) and other bike was left there in the rack, with front combo cable cut, but left in place, only took my bike.
