Incident Description:
Electric Bike stolen from Alt-Cycle Shop retail store. The perpetrator threw a brick through the store front window and grabbed a rental electric bike belonging to WanderBikes. Alt-Cycle Shop and WanderBikes are owned by 3 brothers. WanderBikes operates during the summer on the lakefront and keeps a few of their rental bikes at the Alt-Cycle Shop during the year. We assume the thief(s) grabbed the first bike they could.
It had a white "WanderBikes" decal on both sides of the down tube and a white #9 decal on the front head tube. If the decals are not scrubbed properly, you'll probably see a "WanderBikes" outline. It had a City Kit fender, rack and lights. The new owners need a key to remove the battery and a charger to recharge the battery.
