Incident Description:
My bike was locked outside urban outfitters on Diversy in Lincoln Park and was stolen by a group of people, whom mostly likely kept eyes on me while I was in the store. Then created an distraction in order to steal MY bike from an highly populated area. This was a group effort so be on the look out!!
