Incident Description:
I parked my bike at 800 S wells, Chicago on the street on the evening 6:00 pm of July 9th 2015. The bike and the front wheel were locked with a old U-lock to he bike rack on the street. I have been parking at this place for a couple of months now.
When I went to pick it up from the spot on July 10th at 7:45, the bike was missing.
