Incident Description:
I locked my bike up on Randolph, just east of Beaudien, across the street from Jay Pritzker Pavilion. I went to Mariano's and then to a meeting. I walked past my bike at 6:35pm, so it had to have been between then and 7:55pm when I returned. I also had my helmet locked up with it.
