Incident Description:
Bike was on second floor balcony of building on Campbell Ave., just south of Division. Everybody in the building was gone during the day on Saturday 9/19. When we returned, the back door (leading to the balcony) was open and the bike was missing. It is unclear what time the bike was taken.
