Incident Description:
I ran the cable through both wheels and the corner post for the metal fence in front of Golden Nugget Pancake House at Diversey and Pulaski. The restaurant was more busy than normal because it was Thanksgiving Eve. I thought," who would steal a bike here?" So I did not lock up the front or back wheels w/ the 2 U-locks that I had w/ me.
