Incident Description:
Have not riden my bike for two months and went out to pick it up to bring to my new apartment complex. After not seeing it at first glance on the bike rack i believed it was on i searched the entire garage since there is multiple bike racks. I then returned to the bike rack i knew i left it at and saw my front tire, U-lock, and helmet discarded to the side and still hooked to the bike rack as you can see below on the picture.
