Stolen from Randolph St, between Canal and Jefferson streets, during the middle of a Friday (some time between 9 am and 4:30 pm).

Incident Description:
Abus lock was broken where male and female parts lock together, on 4-digital combination lock--chain was not cut. Front tire and frame were locked to bike rack outside of office building. I was working between hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm--no one I know saw the bike in between that time; cameras around building do not monitor area. Had an incident last year where someone in same area vandalized bike (assumed they were trying to steal it. Large gash on main arm of frame and broken gear shifts on the left side remained.
