Incident Description:
Bike was locked to iron fence along with many other bikes next to beach house at Osterman/Hollywood Beach at north end of the lakefront trail at 5pm. Returned at 9pm and no bikes were locked to the fence! Chicago Park District confirms they do not cut locks or remove bikes.
