Newer Live/Giant bike purchased form BFF bikes. It is MISSING a FRONT TIRE! I have the front tire and the lock which was NOT taken! There is a BFF sticker facing outward underneath the frame. There is pink on the seat, and the brakes get real squeaky in the rain. My handlebars have rotated in the heat, so they face downward too. It was fairly new and purchased just over a year ago. Thanks!

My bike was locked to the bike lock in the front and they took the rest of the bike apart to get the lock off of my bike. The lock was then left along with the front tire.
