My bike was locked to side railings of the stairs to my house on Walton St in Ukrainian Village. It was stolen between 12pm and 2pm. I walked out at noon and it was there. Two hours later I went back out to go for a ride and the bike had disappeared. I will file a police report too but wanted to post this asap.
