Incident Description:
Bike was locked to a metal fence outside an apartment in East Rogers Park around 7:30pm. When I left at around 10:40pm, the bike was gone. The cable had been cut and was left along with the helmet. Another friend with a bike had left not long before and didn't have any incidences, so the theft must have been close to the time I left.
The bike was second-hand, and I am unsure of its exact model/year.
