Incident Description:
The bike was locked (newer u-lock, flat key) to a fence in front of my girlfriend's apartment building, 2738 N. Pine Grove at approximately 2:30am Wednesday morning, 3/08/17. When I went to recover it the next morning it was missing, and the low fence it had been locked to was clearly sawn through.
