Incident Description:
Bike was locked with a new u-shaped Master lock to the bike rack in front of Barnes and Nobles Book store. The street is highly frequented during these business hours. It was stolen without damagin the lock and the lock was left behind locked (closed) to the bike rack. My friend's lock at his bike (same lock brand, exactly the same lock) was opened as well, but his bike was not stolen. His bike remained Witze the Orden lock at the rack, while mine was stolen.
I suspect the thief had a duplicate universal lock key.
