Bicycle was stolen (along with U lock and wheel locks) at approximately 4am on 9/11/17 from 1535 W Oakdale Ave, Chicago, IL. It had been locked (with the U lock) to the deck affixed to the property. The thief broke the deck to steal the bicycle.
