Incident Description:
I was volunteering at Midtown Educational Foundation at Peoria and Jackson. I forgot my ulock so my friend used her ulock to lock her bike to a pole and wrapped her cable through her lock, her bike, and around my bike. We locked up at 1:00pm and when we came out at 5:00 the cable had been cut and left at the scene and my bike was gone.
