Occurred on Franklin Street in front of Studio41.
Bolt removed from base of street sign. The pole must have been removed and the bike/lock slid off. It was locked right next to the alley behind Donut Vault. A lot of traffic around the block. Locked at 9am but didnt notice it missing for several hours.
