Incident Description:
I was working at the college of nursing at UIC (845 S Damen). I had the bike locked to a rack adjacent to the main entrance of the building. Pretty busy and open pedestrian area. Cameras on premises. When I stepped outside to head home bicycle was gone. Immediately contacted UIC police and filed report.
