Incident Description:
Bike was locked to bike rack in basement storage building of my multi-unit apartment building Friday night. Sunday morning I discovered bike rack had been destroyed and bike stolen (as well as front wheel of matching bike). Security footage from my building shows it was stolen at about 3:30-4:00am.
