Incident Description:
Parked in front of Surestaff, Inc. and a gym called Crossfit Logan. It was 8:00pm and was locked to a city bike parking/lock area. We walked across the street to local carnival fundraiser for school. Came back 20 minutes later and the bike, helmet, and lock were gone.
