Incident Description:
Parked and locked the bike on the NE corner of Dearborn and Madison in the Loop before going into work at Chase Tower (around 8:55am). At 12:30 (ish) I came outside to find the bike missing. I was able to review video security footage from Dos Toros' security camera. The bike appeared to be fine up until Noon and then the sun glare on the video feed made it so you could not see outside anymore. Since I came out around 12:30, the bike must've been take between Noon and 12:30.
