Incident Description:
Bike was locked to a metal fence through the frame and front tire, in a locked enclosure. Both doors to the enclosure were locked last night, and both were unlocked and open this morning. Lock was cut and left attached to fence. Building is mixed use, with four businesses occupying ground level. I believe whoever stole the bike was either affiliated with one of the other tenants or one of the businesses. No signs of forced entry.
