Incident Description:
As seen on security camera footage, thief broke into locked garage with screwdriver at 12:39am and was in garage for a total of 39 minutes. Seven minutes after entry he brought bike out to private sidewalk and then went back in garage. Police drove through alley at 1:00am with lights on. Thief stayed in garage until 1:18am and took bike with him out arched fence door to alley.
