Incident Description:
i parked my bike at the corner bike rack at 9.10am in front on 55 E Jackson Blvd, Starbucks. i work on the 11th floor of the same building. it was locked with one more bike in the same stand and other bikes on other racks. i came back down for lunch at 12.00 noon and the bike was gone with lock cut and left the scene. i reported to 911 and campus DePaul security. and got the theft in cctv. it happened between 11.05 to 11.14am.. attached is the picture of the guy on my bike.
