Incident Description:
Longshot, but my red and black Schwinn Frontier mountain bike was stolen from my backyard today near Montrose and Troy.
There are a group of guys that tend to mill about on Troy and Montrose, and I know buy drinks at both David's and Prestige. This was a total crime if convenience, as I think my back gate blew open, and the bike was right inside, visible to the street. Whoever took it left my helmet and lock (yes, it wasn't locked). So I tend to think they know me.
The body is scratched up from locking it against sign posts, and the back wheel has a Burley trailer hitch installed.
Thanks!
