Incident Description:
Bike was secured with two locks to bike rack in well trafficked downtown Chicago location (Madison St @ Michigan Ave/Millennium Park).
Secured bike and helmet, attended concert in Millennium Park. Upon returning 2 hours later, bike/locks and helmet were all missing.
Possibly bike rack was unbolted from sidewalk,
bike/lock slipped off.
