Incident Description:
We locked our bikes to the bike rack at the Halsted & Lincoln/Fullerton bus stop (Stop ID: 17487) at about noon on Sunday, October 6th. It was a sunny day with clear visibility and the street had medium foot traffic. We went to Parson's for lunch and sat outside. At around 1:30 pm we returned to the same spot to find our bikes and bike lock were missing. We have filed a police report.
