Incident Description:
Stolen outside of a grocery store right by the main entrance along a bust stretch of Fullerton Ave. Security footage shows a guy that walked up and pulled out an angle grinder from his backpack. It took him at least two minutes to cut through the lock while 3 to 4 people passed right by him.
