Incident Description:
A couple came cut the chain of my bike off the fence and took the chain with them. A homeless man tried to stop them, caused a scene in the parking lot, then man rode off on my bike and the woman walked away.
The woman had a scar on her face and was around 5'2. The man was around 6 ft and maybe 200lbs.
