Thief caught on camera breaking into locked garage and carrying out the bike. Carried it south down the alleyway (assuming he couldn't figure out how to turn it on or get the kickstand up). Wearing a CUBS baseball hat, two hoodies, black track pants with red stripe down side. Very short hair cut, white male, 30's. Average build.
