It had a plastic tag with number 063 on it and a bike lock (which I’m assuming was broken with possibly bulk cutters) around the top bar of the frame

I locked the bike on the corner of Clark and chestnut at 7:45 pm on the 21st and found it gone at 6:30 am on the 22nd. I’m assuming somebody cut the cable lock with bulk cutters overnight
