Incident Description:
The bicycle was stolen from the second-floor patio entrance of my apartment. I had it locked on the stair rail of the patio. My
dog heard a sound outside at around 11:10pm and the bike was gone along with the lock when I went to check. The thief left
a Marianos' paper bag with a FedEx package I believe was also stolen (address: 2249 N Burlington St) and a can of beer
inside. Looked around the neighborhood and saw a teenager or early twenties white male holding a skateboard and wearing
a cap who looked to be out of place. He was possibly an accomplice.
