The bike has always been stored here when not in use. Last use was October prior to the Chicago winter.
Incident Description:
The bike was located on the second floor balcony. There is no staircase that leads up to the balcony and the only way to the balcony is through the apartment. We were away from the apartment and our neighbor who witnessed the incident mentioned that the thieves climbed up the fence to get to the balcony, threw the bike down and rode away on it.
