Incident Description:
Bike has been locked in to a bike rack for 3.5 years in apartment building basement. Noticed bike was gone 2/4/2023. Management company has been threating to remove unregistered bikes. However, bike had current registration with building. Building manager said no bikes had been removed but denied access to camera footage.
