Incident Description:
I rode my bike for an appointment at the hospital at 2:10 on Feb 23rd. I locked it (small abus folding lock) up right outside the Chicago Ave entrance. I
was in the hospital for about an hour and when I came out my bike was gone (lock and everything). I circled the block several
times to make sure that I hadn't missed it, but concluded that it had been stolen while I was in my appointment.
