Incident Description:
Bike was locked to a bike rack near the corner of Randolph and N Wacker at around 8:30am. I locked it with a U-lock through the front wheel, frame, and bike rack, and a cable lock through both wheels.
When I checked on my bike at around 11:45 during lunch, it was missing from the bike rack and the lock was gonna as well.
